I am seeking information about a Nicholas Whitaker (Whittaker, other possible spellings) who supposedly came to America from England before the mid l600s, possibly settling in Watertown, MA. His son John was born there sometime between l636 and l641..supposedly married an Elizabeth...last name unknown..his descendant married a Thankful Pierce in Groton, MA Dec. 23, 1766 and removed to Mason, N.H. Not related to the Haverhill or Rehoboth Whitakers. Any information would be very much appreciated.

Looking for information on John and Wade WHITAKER of Surry County, NC (Pilot Mountain). They are the brothers of my grandmother Julila Whitaker PATTERSON. Wade WHITAKER would have been born in the late 1890s or early 1900s and moved to Montana. He had a son named Evan "Bucky" WHITAKER and Evan supposedly moved to Portland, Oregon.
