Hi all - Still looking for more details on Clark H. whom I believe to have been born in Vermont. He married a Catherine (?). They had a son, Sylvester S. Whitaker and all lived iin Bradford Co., PA, before moving to Binghamton, Broome Co., NY. They may have sojourned in VT, unless Clark left before he was married. Believe she was originally from NJ. Clark was born 1800, Sylvester S. in 1829. The "S"in Sylvester's name stands for Sagendorph (his mother's maiden name) but do not know about the "H" in Clark's.
