I would be interested, with the recent mentions of Tennessee WHITAKERs, to know if anyone connects with mine. The furthest I can definitely document my line is to John Milton Whitaker, Sr., who was born 23 Aug 1796 in TN (where in TN, I don't know) and died 6 Jul 1880 in Pulaski County, KY. He married Dicey Woodall (23 Aug 1800-3 May 1886) on 30 Jun 1817 in Pulaski County, KY, and they were the parents of 9 children I've been able to document. If anyone out there also descends from John and Dicey, or knows for certain who the parents of either one were, I'd be interested in anything you might have. Jim Raney crraney@indy.net
