His second wife was my great grandmother, Eva Bingham and they were married and lived in Carter County, in or near the town of Hunter. My great grandmother is buried in Hunter, while I was told that my great grandfather William was buried in or near Golden Gate, Illinois.One of their children is my grandmother, recently deceased, Virginia.William Whitaker had children with his first wife as well as his second.
