James could not possibly be born in 1790, four only four years after his father!!!!) Catherine b. 1825 Unfortunately, the web site I suggested to you does not go further with John's family including, of course, your James. You are correct in assuming we are of the same Whitaker family, but I am afraid James life is still unknown except that you do seem to have to have the names of several of his descendants. I have a lot of info on Daniel's family. He was my ggggrandfather. If you have info about Jemima Moore, I would love to have it...and I will continue to see if I can find more about your James.
