Hi cousin, Emily b 7 Oct 1810, Eliza A b 17 Sept 1811, Mary Ann b 15 Oct 1812, James b 1 Sep 1815, Charles b 10 Nov 1823, Oliver b 3 Jan 1825, Lavinia b 11 Dec 1827. Lavinia was born the same year as my great grandmother, Rachel Evans Whitaker, d/o Francis Asbury Whitaker and his wife Rachel Evans. My grandfather was named for Lavinia's husband, John Fernley. Asbury's name was Fancis Asbury (named for Methodist preacher. Addison was Joseph Addison and he as a minister, married my mother's uncle and his wife,. I have more material on some of these, plus notes on James and Sarah, and much on family of Joseph the father and Sarah (Updegrove) the mother of James. Your James was s/o of my Joseph Musgrave Whitaker, b 1755 Leeds, England. I vaguely remember that you, or someone, had gotten James' will. I have an abstract of it if you didn't. Addison, known as J. Addison was a Presbyterian minister and I have dug out some info on him, as he married Eliza Whitaker and r. Charles Simpers.
