Dear Deb and George--(Thanks George for the input.) I see that the only thing to do with son # 6. Edward P. is give him both the birthdates and make a note that there may have been two sons by that name. Also credit should be given to the descendant who gave that data. But we still have a problem with child # 7 William F. If Edward P. were b. 11- -1879 as the 1880 census shows, then how could # 7 William F. be b 3- -1880 (1900 census)? There is not enough time between these two births. Was William F. a twin to Edward P.?? We will have to have double entries here and there on this FGS until we can resolve any differences. Such as: Canady/Cannady Jordan/Jerdan # 2. Lewis William/William Lewis Those early Whaleys kept changing their names--they sometimes used their middle name and also reversed the order sometimes on the census records. I have the marriage data for Lula Elizabeth, and death date and info for Oliver/Ollie J. inserted. I assume that Lillie Whaley Drake was the child #10 Lillie Frances. OK? Jackie is on *emergency only* mode this week. However, I can send e-mail to her by way of a friend in Beloit. That helped with Angela Whaley's new web material which Jackie was to study. Ruby
