Whaley was born about Apr 1817 and died 14 Nov 1852. He married Eliza Ann ? and she was born about 1814. James W. Whaley born in 1811 isn't that far from 1817 as to be siblings but I have not information on where John R. was born or who his parents were so it's hard to make a connection. The children of John and Eliza Ann are: John Whaley b. abt 1843 Melvina J. Whaley b 1 Sep 1852, d 24 Jun 1926 Wilson Whaley Amanda Whaley Warren Whaley Mary E. Whaley Melvina J. Whaley (my g-g-grandmother) married John M. Redding 28 Mar 1872, son of Daniel Redding and Juda (Julia) Bragg. I hope to someday find out more information and possible connections.
