I have the complete geneology of the Edisto Island, SC Whaley's. Will have to locate the information and will let you know if there is a John Calhoun Whaley. If you go along the coast of SC, Edisto Island is going toward Sav., GA from Charleston, SC. There is James Island, John's Island, Wadmalaw Island, then Edisto Island. The reason for the delay is I have just moved to Charleston, SC & will have to locate the book.
