Hi all, A relative found this in last Thursday's Clarksburg, WV paper. Angela Whaley Lucy V. Whaley PENNSBORO -- Lucy V. Whaley, 74, of Ellenboro, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 1999, at her residence. She was born May 9, 1925, in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Ellen Richards Cottrill. Her husband, Raymond H. Whaley, preceded her in death. Surviving are two daughters, Linda Kirk, Harrisville, and Trisha Whaley, Ellenboro; two sons, Jackie Whaley, Pullman, and Stephen Whaley, Glendale; one brother, Ed Cottrill, Massillon, Ohio; five sisters, Betty Feldt, Brunswick, Ohio, Shirley Owens, Rockport, Thelma Barker and Lillie Moore, both of Clarksburg, and Lu Cottrill, Cleveland, Ohio; six grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Junior Cottrill; two sisters, Martha Elder and Mildred Richards; and one infant son. Mrs. Whaley was a homemaker. She formerly attended the Pennsboro Senior Citizens.
