To the decendents of Alexander Whaley. A male in our family is having his DNA testing done, so that we will have proof if our Whaley's and the Edisto are related. I remember a gentleman what was researching in SC for Alexander Whaley. Lynn, Which Alexander Whaley is that? On our Oldest Whaley Ancestor List there are two: Alexander Whaley (m. Abigail Leverich), 1748 - 1833 Alexander Whaley, Sr. (m. Ruth McAnally), 1789/90 - 1850 If you'll shoot me which one, I can pull up all of the names of people who are connected to him.
