When Alan disappeared, Tim came to our rescue. When some of my Digests disappeared, Tim came to my rescue. Words can't express my gratitude for his finding a method of getting them to me. They were so important because they were the ones where Lynn showed her new Oldest Ancestor File which she had revamped from a couple Jackie and I had. The original OAF file had also disappeared when Alan left. We wanted to see what she had done as we knew there would be additions, deletions, changes of addresses, etc. In June I asked aol to send me instructions on how to get my aol bill changed from one credit card to another. They sent me instructions and I found all of my new and old mail had been deleted. Maybe the problem arose there. I am puzzled at why the Digests starting at #70 came in OK but those 60s refused to come to my computer. Tim tried several procedures and today there they were! I DID NOT do any editing as I was afraid to touch them, so each Digest is 12 pages long. That means I printed out 48 pages this morning---gladly. And Tim's instructions are on their way to Jackie. So thanks to Tim and Lynn and others who made suggestions on how to solve this puzzle. Ruby
