To Necia, etal: I just edited the Weeden's FGS for Theophilus and Mills, showing some info received from Bob Hart. In Weeden's notes at the bottom of this FGS she says: Some early researchers believed that Theophilus may have actually have been Robert, son of Richard Whaley (1590-1667) and Frances Cromwell. No proof has ever been found to confirm that theory. 'Old' Rappahannock Co VA deed abstracts and various court records name Theophilus and wife Elizabeth from Jan. 1672 through Feb. 18, 1680.
