Ruby, This is what I can decipher of the handwritten data on Henry of Galway or Galloway, brother of Edward the Regicide. I have only managed to interpret some of it by referring to the letter by W.F. Littledale to the journal Notes and Queries, June 26, 1869. Littledale resided, I believe, at Whaley Abbey, Wicklow, Ireland (not to be confused with Whalley Abbey, Lancashire, England). I strongly suspect this handwritten note is in fact written by Littledale, since much of the data is the same, though in some respects the letter in N&Q gives more detail. Everything in brackets () is my comments. ??? is a word I can't decipher. A ? before a word means I'm not certain of it.
