Hi all-- More about Henry A. being the son of 'two' fathers. We have him as s/o John and Mary Airheart. Smoky Mountain Web has him as s/o William M. and Mary Ogle. The source given for the Smoky Mountain list naming Henry A. as a child of William M. is given as 'Smoky Mountain Clans, Volume 3' by Donald Reagan, 1983, p. 3-5. We have a copy of Reagan's list but it does not compare exactly with the list on Smoky Mountain Web. Reagan does not show a son Henry A. SMOKY MT. Does that mean they are not sure? Did they *borrow* the names Nancy and Henry A. to fill in the blanks? The Henry A. we have in the family of John and Mary Airheart was b. 1826, so he could not be *#4. male Whaley* nor could he fit in between Isaac and Jane as they were born in 1826 and 1827.
