I received a query from a KS cousin of my Miller line and she found a query on her Miller web. (John Emmitt wanted to know if someone could locate a Miller-Whaley marriage.) It seems that James Miller married Mary and Margaret Whaley. The location was Pike Co and Ross Co OH in the 1840-50s. So....query sent to Weeden... Reply--"Mary and Margaret were sisters and daughters of Luke Whaley (and Celinda/Selinda Weese), s/o Abner Whaley (and Elizabeth Bonecutter) s/o George Whaley. I wonder if John Emmitt has further info on these girls and will share it with us. Does he know where and when they died? I found a death index listing for a Mary A. Miller on 5-16-1876 in Scioto, Pike Co OH, but I can't be sure if it was for the right Mary. Can John Emmitt help out on these 2 women?"
