    3. Hi everyone, All the talk about English Whaley's I thought I would add what information I have on my Whaley line. My family is from Robert Whaley and his wife Ann ? from Kingscourt, County Cavan, Ireland. their daughter Anne Whaley married Thomas Weyms there. Together they had about 5 children. Thomas died about 1827 in Kingscourt. Anne then moved her family to Kingston, Ontario, Canada where she died the next year in 1828. The names I have for the children are: Francis, James, Robert, Thomas and a girl that I do not have the name of. Francis is my relative. He was the town surveyor. His brother James was the mayor of Brantford, Ontario. I have a copy of pages from a book from Kingscourt that lists the town residents and it lists Robert with his wife and three children: Anne, James and George. Can't remember the date off hand. I am on vacation right now. when I get home at the end of the month I can check it if someone wants. Anyone else out there from Ireland? Denise from California currently in Hawaii!
