My name is Jack Marler; and my paternal grandmother was Eliza Jane Whaley (18 February 1866 - 7 July 1927) the daughter of Seth Madison Whaley (18 June 1824 - 19 June 1899) and Mary Elinor Ross (8 September 1837 - 26 March 1890). Among the Whaleys, the earliest ancestor from whom Eliza Jane Whaley can be proven to have descended is Thomas Whaley (2 December 1772 - January 1838), Worcester County, MD, whose spouse was Margaret Bratten. By diligent searching on the Internet, I discovered and came to know my cousins Lynne Graham ([email protected]) and Jeane Freeman ([email protected]) who are both subscribers to this list.
