Mike & Carolyn, I remember Carolyn sending around a multi-part email of the Oldest Whaley Ancestor List last year. Unfortunately, I didn't get every part of the email so I don't have it all. I think Carolyn has the most up to date information as she has graciously been keeping it up to date and safe all these years. I think Mike said we could possibly post the list on the Whaley DNA web site. I think that would be great. But I have a couple of questions; Who is going to maintain the list and are we sure the web site will still exist in 2 yrs or 30 yrs? I would like to help in any way I can. I work from home so I do have time to devote to this and the DNA project. However, I'm almost 60 and I think we should work out some way to pass the baton and to have multiple people in charge of this precious data. What do you to think? I agree Linda and thanks for volunteering your time, and thank you too Carolyn for keeping this data safe and intact. I'm fairly new to the genealogy addiction. :) My grandmother planted the seed when I was very young and it has always been an interest but I didn't start digging until about 6 years ago. I'm 51 now and very interested in linking our Patriarchs with the new science and preserving the data for our children's children's children. Actually, I can create a special page for the Oldest Ancestor List and give ya'll (Carolyn & Linda) or whoever you designate, permission to write and change the data. We don't want but a couple or maybe one or 2 as backups to be able to change the data. Carolyn, Where is a copy of the Oldest Ancestor List?
