Governor &c doe with advice and consent of the Council and grant unto THEOPHILUS WHALE and DANIEL SWILLIVANT four hundred and fifty acres of land in Rappa County joyning upon ELICK ROBINS and Mr. THOMAS GOULDMAN & bounded as followeth Beginning at a Corner tree white Oake of Mr. GOULDMAN by an INDIAN PATH in the line of ELICK ROBINS & running thence NNW along ROBINS line to his corner Oake by a branch thus extended 25 poles more thence East N. E. to JOHN MASTERS his back line and thence NNW to Capt. BEVERLEYs line along his line So. W. to 3 corner Oaks thence East by No. along the land of GOULDMAN to the place it began the said land being due unto said THEOPHILUS WHALE and DANIEL SWILLIVANT by and for the transportation of Nine persons into this Collony ahose names are on the Records underneath this Pattent To have and to hols &c Yielding and paying &c.
