Samuel Waters was born in april 1917 and played for various football teams including SLIGO ROVERS in Ireland DISTILLERY " CRUSADERS HALIFAX ALLOA THIRD LANARK in 1954 he played for OXFORD UNITED He died on 4th may 1975 Towards the end of his career he was a football scout bringing S Fallon to GLASGOW Celtic.
