    2. Russ, In my family tree there is an Augustine Jean who was a French Hugenot. He lived on the Channel Islands in Jersey. When he came to the states his name was changed to John Gustin. There are enough similarities between the two men to make me wonder if they might be the same. You might try looking up John Gustin and see if you can get anything to match.
