    3. Hello I have been on holiday and only saw your messages today. The Earl of Breadalbane was a Campbell and owned land in the West of Perthshire and Argyll. Breadalbane is the name of the area the Campbells owned and Taymouth is the name of their castle although perhaps when your ancestors were in the area it was called Balloch.
