Can anyone help me obtain the maiden name of Margaret Middlemiss. In 1955 she was 64 or 68, I think the latter. Her husband was the baker in St Boswells, until he was bought out by Carrs of Carlisle. I think it is just possible her maiden name might have been Taylor, Simpson or Shields.
