My first posting here but have been reading for a while with interest. Hello. I am researching my husbands family and have recently returned from Wexford with some info, but even loads of information is never enough  I have two family lines, Kielty's and Furlongs, the latter I know as well known as Jones and Davies in Wales! Firstly although I have a little experience in UK research, Ireland seems a little more challenging to even start off with, so any advice would be most welcome....well here goes, this what I have at the moment: FURLONG, Edwards b.4th July 1897 in Bennetts Town (?) later occupation Linesman then worked for Enfield UK during WW2 (I am trying to obtain his birth cert at present) - He married - MARLOW, Mary Margaret (?) Their children were "Peggy" deceased , Gerald deceased , Philamena deceased , James deceased (my father in law born 28th July 1928 at Allen Street) and Thomas (still alive and kicking) Margaret Marlow's parents were Thomas (Master Mariner) and C(K)atherine Codd (?) Then I have on the other side: KIELTY, Patrick (Lorry Driver) died 6th July 1973 - married to POWER, Emily (b. 190, died 4th August 1965 at Green Street). Their children were Reginald (still alive), Jean (still alive), Eilean (deceased) and Elizabeth Mary (my mother in law, deceased born 9th January 1937 at White Mill Street) Patrick Kielty's parents were Joseph and WITTY, Margaret Hope that is not too confusing. Any info on any of these would be most appreciative or where I can get more info. I am now off to try and locate Reginald Kielty to pick his brains...where ever he may be Regards ___________________________________________________________ Tiscali Broadband from 14.99 with free setup! http://www.tiscali.co.uk/products/broadband/
