Hello Marilyn, I think Cyril is probably right and I had the wrong spelling. All I know is that Ellen Redmond b(1886)came from Ballyrooaun (Cyril's spelling) Enniscorthy and she had at least one sister Maureen always known as Minny, plus at least two brothers, don't know their names but they never left their small farm, never married - she moved to Plymouth, England when she was about 14 years old. Rumour gives her father's name as John, mother Sarah Murphy but I don't know if that is accurate.
