    3. Advice please from those more knowledgeable. Catherine FREEMAN aged 25 married a John CARTY in Kilmore 1868 her father is given as William FREEMAN occupation Small Farmer address for Freemans is Ballyask. Also have a Patrick FREEMAN of full age marrying a Bridget CORISH in 1877 father again given as William FREEMAN address Ballyask this time occupation given as Cottier. Is this likely to be the same family of FREEMAN'S,given that itdoesn't appear to be a common name around the area? I looked up Cottier,it gave the impression that it was 'tied farming',whereas Small Farmer gives the idea that land was owned? On the subject of area,is it likely do you think that my FREEMAN'S down in 'Kilmore' wended their way there from the Enniscorthy area where there seems to have been a number around 1830.Information taken from the Tithe Defaulters 1831 kindly sent to me by a Lister. Thanks for reading this. Suzanne Dodd
