Wexford Ireland but I have to admit she has not answered the two letters I have written to her at this address, the most recent of which mentioned that you too are researching Quinns that seem to be her line.  So if you write to her and get a reply I'd be delighted to hear of it.  I also mentioned this as it seems to tie in too http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.britisles.ireland.wex.general/1732/mb.ashx   Every thankful for your 1901 work, Eileen   ----- Original Message -----   From: rolfes@comcast.net   To: wexford@rootsweb.com   Sent: Friday, February 20, 2009 11:16 AM   Subject: Re: [WEXFORD] Restless Spirit about Rose Quinn , incl Lacey   I would love to be in touch with Patricia. Can you send me an email? to rolfes@comcast.net or send mine to her. I do not know if we are connected but are in the area. There are not tons of Quinn's in Wexford in that area at that time. As I said I am waiting for a birth cert to ascertain the parents of my James, Thomas and Mary. I am looking for a possible connection to Johanna Quinn sister of Rose and Patrick. She lives in Wexford town now but is a Quinn of Rosegarland (just outside Clongeen village) and her husband, as you said, is from Bannow. Rose was a great aunt of Patricia: Patricia's father John Quinn (who married Mary Lacey of Newbawn, my line) was a son of Patrick Quinn, who was a brother of Rose Quinn who married Patrick Murphy of Ballyfrory in Bannow. She has done a lot of research on her family tree so if you feel strongly that your Quinns are the same as hers I'm sure she'd be happy to chat.   Eileen   ----- Original Message -----   From: rolfes@comcast.net   To: wexford@rootsweb.com   Sent: Thursday, February 19, 2009 11:02 AM   Subject: Re: [WEXFORD] More Doyles. Murphys, Redmonds, Laceys, McCrearys   I just finished the book Restless Spirit by Margaret Hawkins The sory of Rose Quinn (Rosegarden/Wellington Bridge). Actually my second read. Rose's husband was Patrick Murphy from Carrig-on Bannow. I wondered if that was a relative. My interest is in the Quinn's.
