Patrick Byrne, buried Monachan Taghmon 1842 had sons James 1800 - 1872, Daniel, William (1805 - 1889) and Edward, who married Bess Pender, whose daughter Fanny Byrne 1838 - 1892 married Marks Walsh. The family had been in Doonooney but by this time were in Newtown, later Grasscur.
