    3. My Patrick Byrne b. 1762 had 4 sons, James, Daniel, William and Edward. Edward did not perhaps marry Bess Pender, but they had a daughter Fanny Byrne b. 1838 d. 1892 who in 1863 married Marks (i.e. Marcus) Walsh. I need to check the dates but it would all be centred upon Adamstown/Taghmon.... they had been in Doonooney but slowly moved southwards towards Grasscur and Coollycall etc., via Newtown. Rushford name does not ring bells but Byrne/Pender is quite a coincidence!
