I am a new subscriber trying to find information about the ancestry and siblings of a tailor Thomas NEVIN born 1812 or 1813 to a farmer John NEVIN in Ireland. My family oral tradition uses the phrase " near the border of Wexford and Wicklow" and also the place name Ballymoney.
