Mary and Michael were put on a ship bound for the US after their mother died. They were met by Margaret's brothers and brought to Port Townsend, Washington. Mary became a Nun, known as Sister Columban. Michael received his Masters degree from Gonzaga University, became an instructor, married and had five children. I have an account of Mary from the Sisterhood where she mentions that she and William were born in Bannow, Co. Wexford.
