Hello Everyone, Just want to send Christmas Wishes Blessings to you all. I like reading about all the snow areas - it's so different for us in Townsville, where it is raining and cool today, which is quite a change from our usual sweating. However, if the sun comes out tomorrow we will be steaming. We have much the same fare as everyone else for the big family dinner, except we replace the hot veges with salads. Seafood Christmas dinners are becoming popular these days. The mangoes and lychees are ripe to eat and with the drinks getting cold and our Family around us we it will be a good day.
