Yes, there were Pooles in that area, as well. The first one I show was probably born in the 1820's or 1830's though. I have James POOLE who married Ellen MURPHY and had children Peter b. abt 1857, Bridget b. abt 1859, John b. abt 1862 and Mary b. abt 1864. There may have been more but these are the only ones from my tree.
