Seeking information on Thomas Byrne and his family. According to an old letter, Thomas and "all the Byrne's" were born on Gullet Road, Clahamen, Ferns, Co. Wexford. I have no dates but assume Thomas was born sometime prior to 1850. Thomas married a woman named Mary, possibly Huff or Cuffe. They had six children that I am aware of: Valentine, Stephen, Patrick, James, Sarah (Sally) and Annie. Sarah was born Sept. 26, 1870 and eloped with Henry Murphy when she was only 13. Sarah and her husband and Stephen and Annie all immigrated to America. Stephen was killed working on the railroad. It is unknown what became of Annie. Patrick was killed while working in John Jameson's brewery in Dublin. Any information regarding this family would be deeply appreciated. Thank you! Donna
