FYI: The fee for exchanging US dollars into pound drafts has gone up from $3.00 to $15.00 this year at Ruesch International! I found this out today. Since that;s the only way to send for B/M/D certificates at the General Registry Office in Dublin It's going to be very costly. My husband seems to think that they would take Dollars if you knew the current exchange rate, but I've been told that this was the way to go, and I've done it for a few years.
