Hello; I wonder if there is anyone out there who has come across a birth for a Catherine Murphy about 1790 or earlier. She was our grt. grt.grt. grandmother who married Peter Gahan and had her first child in New Ross at St. Michael's in 1806. We don't know where she came from and would like to find out. All her children were born/baptised at St. Michael's but no marriage record was found there - which isn't to say it didn't take place there, only that a record was not found - and so we're lokking at a blank wall!!
