Hi All, I am a new member of this list, and I would like to see if I can connect with anyone. My gr gr grandmother was Mary Hanlon. As far as I know, she was from Co. Wexford, as it was stated on her death certificate. I wrote to the Wexford geneology center recently, and I found a listing for a Mary Hanlon, b. Jan. 16, 1831, daughter of Michael Hanlon and Margaret Moran. I think this is her, but I do not know for sure. What I do know is as follows: Mary Hanlon b. abt. 1831 Her brother: John Hanlon b. bet. 1833 - 1835 Sister or Cousin: Elizabeth b. 1826 Sister or Cousin: Susanna b. ? Mary Hanlon m. Peter Fitzpatrick in New Orleans, LA on April 11, 1858. They had eight children: William, Michael, Peter Jr., John, Margaret, Edward, Joseph, and Catherine.
