Hi my name is Carol and I have returned to the list. Is there anyone in Wexford City who knows the religious denomination of ST.PATRICKS' CHURCH.(in 1886 the Church was located near Allen Street, according to a letter that I have from Ireland). My great-great-grandfather was buried there on 24th December, 1886. I have his death certificate, but it does not give me any idea of what religion he was. Also I would appreciate if some kind person could find out what is on the grave stone (if there is one). I'm trying to find out where he was born, but until I know his religion I cannot research LDS records. His son THOMAS, came to Australia at the age of 15, and died in the Liverpool Asylum at the age of 45. He did not name his parents on his marriage certificate, and died a pauper, so no relative information was on his birth certificate. Hoping to hear something that will help me continue my research.
