    1. [WEXFORD] Thomas Fletcher 1815
    2. Jan Fletcher
    3. The latest Irish records to appear on Ancestry has revealed what I believe to be the baptism of my 3G x grandfather, Thomas Fletcher. On 31st. January 1815 in the parish of St. James & Templetown, the son of Joseph Fletcher & Bridget Halsh. I understand that Thomas was born at Fethard which is indeed included in this parish. Unfortunately, I am unable to find any references to Joseph & Bridget or to their marriage. If anyone has any information or suggestions for tracing the couple, I should be very pleased to hear. Many thanks. Best wishes, David Fletcher.

    3. Suggest the Halsh here more probably Walsh. Suggest Fletcher may not have been a catholic name although Walsh probably was. For this era, with this uncommon surname, try the Tithes.
