Can anyone enlighten please on this place in Co. Wexford? I have it on a birth cert November 10 1879 for a Mark Wafer father Nicholas and mother Anne Wafer nee O'Neill. Place of birth and residence of parents says CLOM. Is it in the Ferns/Camolin area. I can't find it.
