Hi Anne I have a small 1883 that belonged to my grandfather and to a John Joseph Leo Eagan before him. In it are some names one is a Mrs Lunham 12 Mall County, Waterford, then a Mrs Phelan (no address listed), then Mrs. Sullivan, Duncannon, Wexford and a Mrs. P Sullir or Sullis also of Duncannon. Duncannon is across the river from Waterford. Did you have any Phelan relations in the Duncannon or Waterford area and would you know this Mrs. Phelan's maiden name.
