    3. I've had so many replies to my question about Ellen Redmond that I thought I'd try this one. Michael Collins born 1851 in Bandon Cork, married Fanny? born 1855, and moved to London at some point with six children who were all born in Bandon, Daniel, Maud, Kate, Mary, Martha and Thomas. Anyone know more of him, such as his parents and siblings? cheers, Margaret.

    3. Hello Cyril. I looked up a map of Wexford and discovered three different places spelled like yours and now I'm not sure which one is correct. I was only going on the way it was pronounced to me, so yes, your spelling is probably right. 3. I have no way of knowing if that particular will survived, but after reading this I sincerely doubt that it's still in existence: http://www.courts.ie/courts.ie/Library3.nsf/pagecurrent/C405A2905C0752388025 6DA900495EE2 Like many of Dublin's finest buildings, the Four Courts suffered the ravages of war. During the civil war, which followed the Anglo-Irish Treaty, the magnificent edifice was almost completely demolished. An irreparable loss was the destruction of the Public Record Office adjoining the Four Courts. Priceless legal and historical records were lost, including the complete records of the Irish Parliament, the original wills of every Irish testators from the 16th century, and the registers of hundreds of Irish parishes.
