Bob, I am afraid that a marriage certificate that early will not help. However,the witnesses to the marriage were Thomas BALLARD and William BAYMAN. Richard was a Wheelwright and frankly, judging by the date I would plump for Richard the son of Richard and Jane {Nee KING}. We probably will never know. Henry was born a year or so before his parents marrried in Sep qtr 1851. His siblings were called Williams but Henry carried the Williams Westall name down through his descendants. Maria Westall's parents were David Westall (1804, Lambourne Woodlands) and Elizabeth, and David's parents were Isaac Westall (1773) and Hannah Challis (1771) who married 16 Feb 1797 in Lambourne.
