This afternoon I made an interesting find. I found a William Westall age 68 (b 1773)in the 1841 Census living in Liverpool, Lancashire and it noted that he was not born in Lancashire. With him was his wife Ann age 54 also not born in Lancashire. Their daughter Eliza was there also age 14 likewise not born in Lancashire. This Westall family appeared to be living in the Margret Cowen age 60 residence? This is by far the closest I have found to the parents of John Tarrant Westall born ca. 1808 in Whitechapel, London. Does anyone have any additional thoughts on this family?
