Could that be the father of James Westall b 1842 in Boxford? Is Boxford not in Berkshire? SOS! I have his parents as Wm Westaall and Mariah Dobson. His grandfather was John Appleford Westall and Elizabeth Lewington, etc etc. All my other information ties up with yours .. cousin!! Bob, According to my records John Appleford Westall and Elizabeth Lewington had two sons named William: 1. bap 27 Nov 1789, Ramsbury, d. bef 1799 and 2. bap. 12 May 1799, Ramsbury m. Mariah Dobson 18 Jun 1821, Ramsbury. He was the father of James Westall b.1841 in Boxford. I think Boxford (Berkshire) is quite near Ramsbury, which in turn is near Marlborough in Wiltshire.
