Hi listers Is anyone else out there tracing the Shaw family from Swinton - descendants of John Shaw (Shay)(born 1734, Swinton, W Riding) and Ann nee Carr (born 1736 in Swinton)? I have not found their marriage - probably around 1857. Their children were Anna, 1758, Martha, 1859, Rhoda, 1762, Joshua 1764, Sarah 1767, & Ann 1769. The chidren were christened at Masborough United Reform Church, Rotherham. Sue
