    3. Hello all, I am trying to find any descendants of the Woodhouse family.... Walter James WOODHOUSE born 1860 Sheffield married Mary J ? about 1884 Walter died inSheffield 1911. children. Annie b 27 Apr 1884 Ellen or Nellie b 10 Aug 1885 Francis b 21 Jun 1887 married Alfred Greasby 1912 Walter Dury b 25 Jul 1891married Mabel A Ridge Nora b 21 jul 1894 married Bertie J AMES b 15 Aug 1886, Monmouthshire, Wales. Nora & Bertie JAMES came to Austrlaia 1919 I have quite a bit on the family going back. but am more interested in family from these marriages any help would be most appreciated. Lyn, NSW Aus.

    3. Hi Lyn, I could be related as I am also a Woodhouse researcher from Sheffield. I am currently trying to link them (all) from a William Woodhouse of Upper Hallam in 1727. The Hallam & Attercliffe area certainly have the same family LINK. One other group are also in New Zealand. There seem to be two Walter Woodhouses born about the same time in Sheffield.
