In answer to your question yes I do have the death cert but sadly it has very little information on it other than the fact that she died at Strothes Hall in october 1931 from diesease of the heart. Hi Alison The steps to getting permission have been quite easy. I just contacted the Archives service through their web site http://www.archives.wyjs.org.uk/index.asp?pg=ablocw.html. Gave them all relative information in regards to my Great Grandmother. They came back to me telling me what records they did hold & a contact name for the NHS records manager to whom I had to contact to gain permission from.
