Hi folks, It seems my decision to put the list into 'Moderated' mode was correct. If your message wasn't approved then it is because I deemed it unsuitable for posting. Having said that - thanks to those of you who contacted me privately (as requested) I have taken the following steps to see if things improve on the list. * For those of you who are unsure as to how to reply to a message privately - I have set the list default from 'Reply to list' to 'Reply to poster' This now means your replies will go to the sender rather than the list and you will need to address any replies that are meant for the list to West-Riding@rootsweb.com * I have also placed Roy into 'Moderated' mode so that I can check his posts before they are sent to the list. The list will now be set back to normal but please be aware that I reserve the right to moderate or unsubscribe anybody who cannot obey list rules. Cheers, Dave
